  I have not stayed here, only a friend has. It is very affordable, very good value and the pool is really nice.

  Comfortabel clean rooms in the new wing building. Good swimmingpool and friendly staff. Hard beds and at some distance where the action is. Nightmarket at Chao Anouvong park (20 min walk), the Mekong riverside restaurants near Beau Rivage hotel (40 min walk) and the restaurants near the Nam Phou Fountain park (20 min walk). Villa Manoly is definitely worth the money. Old style French villa, nice garden and quiet. Beats the large anonymous hotels where busloads of tourists are dropped.

  Well, the place is tired, need some care, but it's good enough for the price, with a pool! Some guy of the staff was kind . could be a great place with some investment!
