  Rooms are clean, the staff are nice and kind, Reasonable price, good location, near restaurant and That Luang stupa.

  Way too far from anything except That Luang. No English speaking staff. Small decent resturaunt open at night. Difficult to get Tuk Tuk or transport to the city. Full of mossies. No amenities. Staff are friendly and attentive but English is almost 0 and my Lao is 0 so.....clean but sparse rooms. No need to pay this price for this location and type of hotel.

  Address is completely wrong. Go about 2km north from here and you'll see the hotel. Saves you driving back and forth for an hour like we did :) Other than that ok hotel for the price.
