::A bit pricey. Well maintained equipment. Towels are past worn and smelly. The locker/shower room is quite small and cramped. The pool is adequate but usually crowded with children. If you use the gym expect the pool area to be overrun with young students who use the pool for classes. Nice sauna. Not really many options in Vientiane...either pay excessive for Sengdara or use other gyms that are much lower in quality.
